Meet the Financial Advisors Behind iletavoderae

Real business finance experts who understand the challenges Canadian small businesses face every day

Two Decades of Real-World Experience

We started iletavoderae in 2003 after spending years watching perfectly good businesses struggle with cash flow problems that could have been avoided. Back then, most financial advice was either too academic or too expensive for companies just trying to make payroll.

Our approach is different because we've been where you are. We've helped over 340 Canadian businesses navigate everything from seasonal cash crunches to major expansions. And honestly? The problems haven't changed much, but the solutions keep getting better.

  • CPA designation holders since 2001
  • 340+ Canadian businesses guided through financial challenges
  • Certified Business Valuators (CBV) certification
  • Average client relationship spans 4.2 years
  • Featured speakers at CPA Canada conferences 2023-2025

The People Behind the Numbers

We're not your typical financial consultants. We actually like talking to business owners.

How We Actually Work with Clients

No cookie-cutter solutions or one-size-fits-all templates. Every business is different, which means every approach should be too.

1

Real Conversation

We start by actually listening to what's keeping you up at night. No forms to fill out first - just a genuine conversation about your business.

2

Financial Health Check

We look at your numbers, but more importantly, we look at the story behind them. What seasonal patterns matter? Where are the real pressure points?

3

Practical Solutions

We create a plan that works for your specific situation - not some theoretical ideal. Everything we recommend, you should actually be able to implement.

4

Ongoing Support

Financial planning isn't a one-time thing. We check in regularly and adjust the approach as your business grows and changes.
